Hi.. I took over web site maintenance/dev and it uses the ASPNetToolTip.NET3.dll - v. 1.9.1.0
It has always just worked.. and it still works on the production site. But it just stopped working locally and I get the water mark. I'm not sure how to turn it back on. I think the license was originally purchased by the dev company that built this site originally.
Any ideas why this stopped working locally after two years of it working? And any tips for enabling it again?

Ho Joko. Looks like this is still unanswered. Any updates on this so far?
